In May 2006 Tehila and her therapy dog Bogart joined a team of her Creative Expressions students in the Relay for Life in Mountain View, California.

Tehila is a dedicated supporter of cancer research and cancer care in her community.

She contributes time and passion to Creative Expressions, a class she developed for cancer patients at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View.

Tehila supports the American Cancer Society and participates annually in its Relay for Life.
